Like most when first approaching Reggie, I had areas that I wanted to improve concerning my fitness and overall appearance. What made my case a bit unique was the fact that I felt I was too thin and needed to bulk up while at the same time getting toned. Reggie is an excellent personal trainer. He trained me for about four months and I am happy to meet such a skillful trainer. In past, I have purchased gym memberships several times, spend time with machines and quickly lost interest and cancelled my membership soon. This was pretty much my routine. I started training with Fitregimen on the recommendation of a friend who lost 65 lbs. while working out with him. In the 1 month that I have been working out with him, I have lost 25 lbs. and went from a size 12 to 4! I feel a considerable difference in my overall health and stamina. My 1st day with Fitregimen, I could hardly do 10 jumping jacks in a row without losing my breath. One month later, I am able to do 50 jumping jacks in a row, followed by 2 minutes of burpees, followed by planks, and then repeat. I am so excited! Just a few weeks ago I was wondering and stressing myself thinking of how to approach my health and get fit again but this time even better than before. As a vegetarian and someone who is not too gym savvy the whole idea just freaks me out!
